When Don Galacci opened Alfredo's Cafe over four decades ago, he had one mission: bring his father's legendary pizza recipe to the people of Scranton. What started as a small neighborhood spot has grown into one of NEPA's most beloved restaurants — a place where families celebrate, friends gather, and every meal feels like coming home.
Our square pan pizza, with its signature thick crust and perfectly balanced sauce, has earned Best Square Pizza honors three consecutive years at the Reader's Choice Awards. And if you're a fan of NBC's The Office, you may recognize us — Alfredo's Cafe is the “Good Alfredo's”, the one Michael Scott actually loved.
